I don't know if it was that agency but someone got a reply from him from an address in the UK (it was a management address, you can look it up on this site {up} )

For my reply, he signed his name in silver sharpie and added personalization in black sharpie. A bit odd, but it was a nice one.

Sent LOR SAE IRC and two photos to the CANADA address which is no longer valid
received them back yesterday, and he gave me my IRC back:)
at first i was shocked because the silver pen he wrote with was all messed up and I couldn't really tell what he wrote, but my other photo was in there too and that one was okay {up}
