On 8/27/13, I sent 2 photos, LOR, SASE to:

"Parks & Recreation"
CBS Studio Center
4024 Radford Avenue
Norvet Building, 3rd Floor
Studio City, CA 91604
On 9/20/13, I received both pictures back signed in SASE. I was surprised by the quick turnaround, it seems that others had to wait a lot longer.
