wrote to billy crystal via 700 sundays. sent a letter, a dvd sleeve, pic, SAE and 3 dollars to cover return postage a few weeks before christmas (think it was around the 12th. i'll be honest, my date book for autographs is upstairs and i cannot be bothered to move right now) received my pic and dvd sleeve in my envelope today!
