Only one was really smudged and it doesn't look back in person.

I totally understand how you feel. I have got my Charlie Hunnam back, but not Tom Hiddleston. And I'm super-worried right now, wondering what has happened?? Hopefully, it's just that Pinewood sent out fanmails in batches... and ours are still waiting to be sent ;-) Good luck to all who are waiting for this venue.
