Carey Mulligan V. Fast but V. Damaged success x2 "SkyLight"

I wrote a letter to Carey Mulligan on Thursday just gone with a LOR and the blu-ray cover of the Great Gatsby as I love that film and received I received it back today signed (5 days). This is bitter sweet of course because it came back very damaged as you can see from the pics. I have no idea what the postman did to it but he certainly did a number. Carey also kindly sent a signed promo for SkyLight which shows me that my letter was damaged either travelling to her or at the venue itself as the promo is in perfect condition so it couldn't have been on the way back.

I may buy the Great Gatsby again to try and get a good copy signed, does anyone know of any recent successes from her agents address? I'm currently keeping the blu-ray at the bottom of a heavy pile of games and blu-rays to try and smooth it out a bit, if anyone knows of any better ways to make the damage looks less any advice would be appreciated :)

Thanks for looking :)
