On the 5th November I sent a request for a playbill for "The Elephant Man" currently on Broadway.

New York, NY 10036
USA

UK to USA request,

Received a letter back asking for a $30 donation to get one.

Since I don't have $30 and don't want to use up more precious US stamps (my return envelope on had enough for the weight of a playbill and only a thin letter was returned :( ) I won't be taking them up on their offer.
