Adrienne Barbeau, American actress ("Maude," "Batman: The Animated Series")

Ms. Barbeau is currently touring in the musical "Pippin." I wrote to her on June 4, 2015, when the tour was perfomring at the Kentucky Center for the Arts in Louisville, and I received this back, signed and personalized, on July 6, 2015!
The Louisville address is no longer valid, but the tour continues through the end of August.
She also wrote me a nice note on the back of the envelope, which I've included at the top of this picture!
She is my sixth success from a voice on Batman. July 6, 2015 was my fifth Double Autograph Day, as I also received an autograph from Tom Hardy (who interestingly, is also part of the Batman mythos as Bane!).
