While there have been success without, best chance is so send a donation. The letters the theatre sends recommends $20 I think.

Some people get rejected and others get lucky without a donation
Both results have been posted here for this play.
So probably best to send a donation if you really want one :)

I sent a letter, donation and SASE to the theatre on June 30th 2015 and received a playbill July 8 2015.
