I've got signatures from him from both the p.o.box and from when he was doing a play in London with David Suchet. I've asked David Suchet for his autograph & asked if he could get Richard to sign a photo as well (after hearing about the secs rumor).
For whatever is worth, David Suchet sent me both his autograph & Richard's, the SASE came from England (don't remember if the exact location, maybe London) & Richard's signature was exactly the same one from the P.O.Box. I doubt he would take a sec with him to England just in case he had to give autographs through the mail (which I believe mine was the only reported success for Richard from that address - though I could be wrong - & probably because I asked Suchet to do it as a favor).
