She is a good actor because she is good at acting, she isnt good at actressing. Her gender makes no difference to her ability and the two terms for one job is old-fashioned and irrelevant to this context.

And if we're pointing out each others grammatical errors, i think you mean 'to' and not 'too'. LOL
