After two years of persistence, I finally got him! He was a hoot as Allan in the show, and I'm so happy to add him to my collection. Sent index card, 5x7 photo, LOR, SAE and IRC to address. Received items back signed and personalized in my envelope yesterday. Didn't want to scan since he had signed the photo with a regular pen, rather than a Sharpie.
