Past several successes either the stamps weren't marked, or the stamp they use to cancel the stamp out missed, LMAO

lol, I re-use the sase's that didn't get stamped. And weird thig happened with my SAE I sent to Shia LaBeouf, It came back through the mail without any postage on it! Strange, huh?

Yes the stamp thing is fairly common and if I were you I would use them again.
