Be aware that if you send your letter to the Company Manager (which is probably what you'd want to do if you want it signed by the whole cast and returned quickly), the cast probably won't get the letter. They may, I'm not sure, but when the CM sees the SASE, he/she might just automatically send a signed Playbill.

If you want to write to an individual cast member for his or her autograph, send it to them c/o Eugene O'Neill Theare.

I had great success with the whole original Broadway cast of the new rock musical Spring Awakening! I just sent a sase to the theatre asking for a Playbill signed by the cast.
