BOB CAN BE A FUNNY OLD BOY, AND NOT THE MOST FRIENDLY OF PEOPLE, HE SEEMS TO BLOW IN THE WIND, AND TREAT PEOPLE JUST AS HE PLEASES.

HIS BEEN RUDE, TO WHOLE GROUPS OF PEOPLE BEFORE NOW. I'M NOT SAYING, HIS NEVER NICE JUST DONT COUNT ON IT.

Bob Dylan was performing there on 5/16, and since I didn't get anything back until today, I had hope on getting something signed. But today I got my envelope marked back REFUSED, the ceal not even broken on the envelope, so he didn't even read my letter. It seems that he can be rude to his fans :(
