This may be off topic but . . . you can buy US stamps through the mail. Just call USPS and order what you need. They will charge it to your credit card and mail them to you.

Yes, he seems to be great signing VV. As I live in the UK and have no US stampsI could only send him IRC's with my letter and SAE so I hope I get a response. I am fairly confident becasue I have seen atleast one success on this site from him where only a letter was sent.
