Unfortunately, I've already recycled my envelope and don't have it available for scanning.

For all those interested in writing to her, "My Fair Lady" will make what looks to be the last stop on their tour at the ASU Gammage in Tempe, AZ from June 17-22. I've emailed them and they do pass on fanmail.
