I can't remember the exact date that I sent it, but it was late may/early June.
I send him a piece of paper to sign since I didn't have a photo, and on June 14th I received the paper back saying:
"To Megan, This paper rocks, You rock! - Seth Rogen"

I am very happy with this success!
I sent it to the New Mexico address for "Observe and Report."
