In an attempt to avoid getting one from the pre signed stack i wrote to Derrens theatre show.
I sent LOR, small photo that i printed, index card, silver sharpie and SASE. on the 16th of May 2008 and received back my photo signed with a note on the back and my index card signed and personalized 1st of July 08.
