There is a way to obtain her autograph but there are specific requirements to actually get it.
Such as :-
you need to be 100 years old and over to get a signed Birthday Card
You need to be a citizen of any country governed by UK.
Eg
In order to receive a congratulatory message from The Queen for Diamond (60th), 65th and Platinum (70th) wedding anniversaries and every year thereafter, it is necessary to complete the form overleaf and return it to the Anniversaries Office, Buckingham Palace.
Its too much drama to go through
she only favors UK citizens , no offense but its sorta stated on the website
