I would first like to sincerley apologize, i'm new here, so i'm not so certain as to where I should be posting my question. Feel free to move it if anyone knows better...Anyway, I was wondering, which Miley Cyrus address is either most up-to-date, or the one i'm most likely to get a response from? I plan on sending my own picture I took from her concert. I've read numerous successes at any of the addresses, some being different and such...I hope I'm clear, and again, I'd like to apologize if I've placed my topic in the wrong sub-category...
