I live in France and I wrote an e-mail at mm@celebritymerch.com , I said that I can't access at the website.
2 hours after , I got an answer , and there was a list of the celebrities, and they say me: Please let us know if you want us to send you any of these photos. :)
So, write to this e-mail, and they will answer to you ;-)

I dont think this site exists anymore, Im un the UK and I cant get it to work either.
