Studio Fan Mail don't send real autographs, they are printed, although I believe they send out to any country.

Hey, I want to be an autographe collector, but I cant send mails to the celibrities, so I think I can use only StudioFanMail, but do you know if they send autographes to ALL the countries? because I live in Algeria, its okay if its take long time I can wait, my problem is if they can or can not send the autographes to my country
and when I send the email, Must I receive a reply? if I dont receive a reply that mean the email adresse is wrong?
