I usually don't combine these, but I have no desire to post three separate topics. I don't want to be in the drawing so no envelope. :) All received on october 3rd, 2011.

I have sent about 20 emails these past two years and this is the first one I ever received, so no idea when it was sent. I IMAGINE it was sent on july 23rd because it was received the same day as the other two, and I sent emails to each of these addresses on the same day.
