They ship worldwide except it takes a while. I emailed them for a Selena PP in October 2010 and it got to me in November 2011.
I requested mine on 13/10/2011 and got it 3/01/2012 :) I live in Belgium (Europe) so they ship outside USA too :D

Today I recieved back an autograph from SFM. I sent an email to SFM on 11/27/2011.
