I am from Europe and I ordered US stamps from Ebay USPS shop (20 stamps+shipping for 29.55 USD). As for Canada, I ordered them directly from Canada Post online shop (12 stamps+free shipping for little under 25 CAD). Royal Mail does not ship internationally and they don't have an ebay shop, so you must buy through third parties.

I'm sorry if this is only re-treading ground, I'm sure someone has asked this before.

I just wanted some clarification on a problem. I seem unable to secure stamps or coupons for stamps for that of another country, and I'm loathe to send my fanmail with a signed envelope, but no postage, as I couldn't reasonably expect to hear back from most celebrities without it.

At the post office, we were told they deal with outgoing mail, making the notion of dealing with the reverse a supposed impossibility. The only things I can think to do at this point are: include a little foreign cash for postage purchases… a clumsy and round-about way of doing things… or alternatively, buy some incredibly expensive postal stamps online and have them shipped to Australia.

I didn't know it was going to be so difficult, maybe it's different in the U.S. If anyone has any thoughts or recommendations, I'd love to hear them. Thanks!
