Thanks for your comment. So if i understand this right, if you send your letter to someone in U.S.A, you add 1 international reply coupon? In Belgium i pay also 2 € for one coupon ; but one coupon is only worth 0,90 € . So your idol can buy stamps with this coupon (o,90 €), i don't think 1 coupon is enough.....
