It will cost more to send to Canada. I used my post office's EPC (electronic postal center) and it was $1.63 to send an 8X12 envelope when it's normally $1.00 to send through U.S. mail. I didn't inlcude an IRC - threw $2.00 in the envelope. But I was told by my mail man that US stamps don't work if they are being sent from Canada. Only if they are going to Canada. If you want to buy return postage and not send cash - then you're going to have to get an IRC. Hope that helps.
