It sounds like it could have been a mistake and she just overlooked your request. I'd try again and see what happens.

Hi Annie!
I sent her an email too and haven't recieved any kind of response. I am guessing either your email was skipped, or it was just read and she forgot to send you an autograph.
I wouldn't exactally consider it a failure because she didn't reply back saying she can't send you an autograph.
I would send her another email or you can write to her ttm

I e-mailed a LOR to Cheryl Burke from Dancing with the Stars a while ago (March or April this year) and I never heard anything back. Today I got a generic e-mail from her telling about the new season of DWTS and to vote for her. I'm assuming that they probably just took my e-mail address and put it on her mailing list without reading the e-mail. So my question is would you consider this a failure? Or does anyone have experience with Cheryl and is this normal with a request?
