Pies I checked in at the post office today, they said they can exchange as little as $1 dollars worth, so it's no problem getting them exchanged if we need to. Unfortunately, they only had $5s in stock at the time (it's only a small local post office). I didn't check about Canadian ones. He didn't know about IRCs, said they didn't exist anymore cause a few years ago he had to return all his stock. Pretty sure that was when the design change happened and the old ones were unusable and went out of date. He must not have been sent any replacements and so thought they weren't able to buy anymore. I'll check with the big post office in town as we still need to sort Canadian ones. Not sure if they'll have Canadian dollars in stock see, but someone on PCG may yet offer to send us Canadian stamps
