Also, there's not really an example that can be given. Each individual LOR is different. Basically you could start out by introducing yourself. Let them know why you like their work/what about their work inspired you etc. Usually when I close the letter I basically just ask them for an autograph. I do it politely using "Please" and "Thank You." There's not really a template I can give you because a LOR is personal to each celeb. Some people do it this way, but again it's completely up to you:
1st paragraph - introduction about yourself (only a few sentences)
2nd paragraph - why you like their work/how it inspired you etc.
3rd paragraph - autograph request
