I just put in a self addressed envelope- they pay return postage.

I put one SAE per letter.

No, they were not for charity.

Hi London Bombings Charity,

When you sent your letters, did you just include one SASE with lots of postage stuck on, or an SASE for every request. Also, was it for charity???

Thanks for your help,

YOURS_SINCERELY - I am unsure whether Coronation Street will pay postage overseas, but the best thing to do, I think, is to send to 1 star, and see if you recieve it back

Does this also apply for us overseas residents? (Im from England but living in Australia)... Should I add a couple of IRC's or not bother?

Cheers,

Hi AutographAddict

Yes, Coronation Street do pay return postage. I have had 21 sucesses from them- all had a franking machine used for postage. I put all my letters in a big envelope, al with an SAE(Self Addressed Envelope).

Hope this helps.

I've got 2 from Coronation street;

Both have used envelopes which I have addressed, but one a stamp on that isn't mine, and they other has one of those franking marks (or whatever they're called) that big companies use.

So in answer to your question, I don't think you do need a stamp, just an envelope. I'm almost certain that on the Eastenders website it says you don't need postage, and I would think that another major soap like Coronation Street would be the same.
