Are you talking about when you send it? Or the return envelope you include?

I don't know where you are located, I assume the United States.
When you are in the US it doesn't matter what country you send it too, you always put US stamps on your envelope. For current rates on shipping you can check your local post office or usps.com.

mmkay so i asked my dad ythis and he had no ideaa.

okay if im going to send something out of the country would i put US Stamps on it?
and whats the best way to send it.
