Hey Nanci, not sure if you sent out the autographs already but great characters who usually respond under 2 months are:

main cast:
Michael Emerson
Yunjin Kim
Rebecca Mader took two months for me, but I'm the only success i know of so I'm not 100% on this
Carlton Cuse is also one of the nicest people I've ever gotten

other Cast:
William Mapother
Sterling Beaumon
Francois Chau
Blake Bashoff(possibly) I have met him twice from his role in Spring Awakening. I'm sure if you find and address for the theater he would get back to you in probably 2 weeks

Hope I helped!

Yeah, we all know, but please, don't start to discuss it in this topic, it's been discussed everywhere anyway.

Thanks for your thoughts Nathansautos!
Not really sure about using my friends adress without her permission so I'll just use mine instead ;)

i just write the letter as if i am the friend/family member who i'm getting the signature for. i use their address and it's a surprise for them in the mail. i get such a kick out of it when i get the phone call from them excited. i don't tell them i'm doing it -- i love the surprise!

just my thoughts...

I agree with Sammya... it's pretty easy, just tell stories about how you and your friend watch the show all the time and you love it, etc. {thumb2}

Hi Nanci!

Just write a letter as yourself, but speak about how your friend loves the show, that the celeb plays her fabourite character on it etc. It's like you write a letter but speak about your friend. Then ask for her autograph for example like: Could you send me an autograph for my friend? She's got a birthday on ... and I'd like to give her your autograph as a present. Don't forget to tell to the celeb your friend's name to let the celeb personalize the autograph :D

How to Request a autograph for a friend??

One of my best friends is (like me) a huge fan of LOST. Her Birthday is coming up in 4 months and I decided I would like to request a LOST-related autograph for her. I know it usually takes longer than 4 months to get a succes so they most likely will not be on time for her actual B-day. But I'll just give them to her when I get them.

However my question is how do you write a fanletter on behalf of someone else?? I've only every requested autographs for myself so I'm not sure how to do it. I don't nessecary would have to recieve one too as long as they would sign for her but ofcourse I wouldn't mind.

Any advice on the matter??

Thanks in advance!
