I don't as I have very few!

What I do do to keep track of sent, received dates ect is use a blank email and then save it to my drafts.

Does anyone use software to keep track of your collection?

Besides Excel, or Access, I mean. Is there a program ready made to help you keep track of what's been sent, what's been returned, what's still pending, etc? After years of getting the occasional autograph at conventions I'm starting to collect in earnest, and my Excel skills are minimal. Is there anything out there?
