The SASE must have the stamps of the country is is MAILED in (Where the celebrity is).
You put the SASE in an envelope TO the celebrity and you put your countries stamps on that envelope but not the SASE.
You can use IRCs if you don't have USA stamps (for a celebrity from the USA), or you can leave it blank and hope they add the right stamps.
