I either use google and print out 6x4's or I use a cut out from a magazine.
I prefer printing my own because I can go through all the pictures I find and decide which I like best and which have a space or a light coloured background so the celebrities autograph will be clear. I have seen successes in the past where the picture has been really dark and you could barely see the autograph.
Magazine cut outs are handy though because they save me on printer ink. As long as I like the picture and there is space and a suitable background for the celebrity to sign then I am happy sending that

I use galleries from fan web sites .
They usually have the best quality photos and a lot of them.

Than I print them myself.
