its a bit of an akward question.....you never put an IRC on your envelope, you just put on the international stamps. The IRC's are putin your SASE so the person you are sending can send the envelope back free to them. they just redeem them at their post office to get stamps for their country.

OK, you see, she's talking about putting international stamps on the RETURN envelope.
For example, I live in the UK and I want to send to Australia.
I put a UK international stamp on my envelope and an Australian stamp on the return envelope but don't include an IRC.
It's cheaper.
