I'm pretty sure that almost everyone in the US would accept USD. I've sent money out to a lot of people here in the states (not saying who because I can't remember them all. lol) and it usually comes back 2 ways: They use your money for postage or they send your money back and pay for postage themselves. :)

Your best bet would be to search the "Feedback" forum, I think most celebrities would accept it (whether they use it for the SASE or sometimes they send it back to you). {thumb2} The easiest way would be to decide to whom you would like to write and then search the feedback for that celebrity to see if they accept dollars.
