Just go for it. If they don't reply after awhile then just try again. Who are you sending too?

thats exactly what i mean.
because there are a few people who i forgot to add the stamp/money ='( im scared they wont reply. should i reopen the envelope?

I think she's asking if she sends an SAE will the person pay for postage. Honestly, it depends on the person your sending too. Some will pay for postage and some won't.

are you asking if you send a Self addressed stamped envelope(SASE) or put the stamps in the envelope????

your question is a bit vague

some people will. SOME politicians will reply without an SASE....it really depends on the mood of the person. What you could do is put a US$1 in the envelope with a little not inside saying that you cant get a hold of their postage, so you hope this will cover it.(maybe a bit more polite than that)

If you do not put pre paid postage, will they still reply? Is it possible they will pay for the shipping?
