Three $0.42 cent stamps is efficient for sending from the USA to Canada.

UPS vs. USPS?

When including postage on larger envelopes, is it better to use UPS than the post office? The nice thing about the post office is, someone is coming by to drop off the mail and will pick up any outgoing mail. However, with UPS, you can print return postage for $0.50. When the label is used, you get billed. If you send out a lot of things, you only risk loosing $0.50 if nothing comes back to you. The downside is, UPS doesn't pick up for free, unless there are consistent high volume pickups needed weekly. It could be more inconvenient for the celebrities to mail back.
