From the US to China:

If you send it in a 9 1/2 x12 envelope and its weighs under 1 ounce, its a $1.20.

If you send it in a letter sized envelope and its weighs under 1 ounce, its a $0.94.

I use US Post Office postage calculator when I'm unsure of how much postage I need to put on a an envelope
