Did you mean there's no stamp on the SASE? or no stamp on the outside (main) envelope? If there's no stamp on the SASE and still has your address on it, that would make it an SAE and you would still have a chance of getting a response. Unfortunately, if there's no stamp on the main envelope, they won't send it. I don't think post offices deliver letters without stamps. There's no way of sending a letter without a stamp (unless ofcourse you deliver it personally lol)
