I might just end up sending 2 dollars and 3 us stamps in case she brings it back here with her :neutral: :cry:

I think that If you really cannot find any IRC's then, you can either put in the $2, to show the celebrity that you are willing to pay for postage, but If you would rather you may be able to explain in your letter that you cannot buy IRC's where you live, and I'm sure they will understand! {up}

I know what you mean - they don't sell IRC's in any post office in South Africa (to be honest, when I ask about it, they don't even know what I'm talking about!). :? I wouldn't recommend sending money because of various reasons, but I mean, if you can't get overseas stamps or IRC's, what can we as fans do? {thumb2} So I agree with Robert - by sending money at least proves that you're willing to pay for postage. :)

Hey guys.
I was jw abour IRC's because my mom went to like 4 post offices and the last one told her that they dont make them anymore, ik they obviously still do because ik people on here that recently bought them but idk.

Should i just send 2 dollars? Why are they so hard to find, jw.
