You can PHONE the USPS and order the stamps that way. Then they will send internationally, but you can't order them off the website unless you're in the US.

If I'm not wrong it's no longer possible to buy US stamps from foreign countries. :(
If I were you I would buy them from a user of this forum.

Hello all and thanks for your help,

For many months, whilst sending requests to the USA, I have included 2 - 3 IRC's at a cost of £1.90 which is about $2.70.
Every parcel I have received back has cost only $1.84 or had two 94c stamps placed upon it. - which is a big saving when your sending sixish a week!
How can I purchase USPS stamps here in the UK, at their correct price?
