ya you will definetly have luck with getting his auto. hes wonderfull to his fans. it did take a few attempts to finally get his auto thou. but im very glad to have gotten it since im a big garfield fan.

I have heard this many times about him people not recieving anything after a while i think it just might be the amout of e-mails he recieves at the time.They might get deleted or just over looked it's best to wait a while and if no response just write him again.But he is a great signer and truely loves all his fan's so you will eventually have luck.

Ok, well I will just wait and see how long it takes for them to reply to my email then.

Well if you're only positive you did on your second attempt then you probably just didn't notice the option the first time, so you'll have to give it more time than 8 days!

I would try it again and include your address and make sure to click "Jim Davis". I don't think it's a country issue as I live in Canada and I received mine in about 3 weeks.

Hey, if you used the form on the website did you remember to select "Jim Davis" from the option thing at the top? Because I have heard you will not receive an autograph if you did not.

I sent an email to Jim Davis (the creator of Garfield) in September '08. As I usually do, I included my address in the email so they don't have to email me back. I've seen successes since then from the same source, and none of them have taken as long as mine, which still hasn't arrived.

I emailed again on March 5th, but this time I didn't include my address so hopefully I'll get some contact (as I have also had before). But so far there has been no reply. My only concern is the box where it asked for my email address the _ were not showing, although when I copied and pasted my address they were visible, so my email address will show up correctly for them although in that box it doesn't look correct.

I'm just quite disappointed, because I have grown up with Garfield and it is disheartening to see everyone else receive theirs. Is it because I'm from the UK or something? Or am I just unlucky? I will post something to him if I have to but I'm just puzzled now.
