Hi Person,
No, it is very unlikely that the person you are sending to will receive your letter. Post Offices read addresses from the bottom to the top, so essentially one of the first things they look at is the zip code! It's very important you get it right. However, it's probably possible it does arrive at its actual destination but I'm not sure of the actual percentage that would. I'd still say its a very slim chance it'll arrive there and you'll just get it back RTS.
