Are you sending the whole DVD case or just the inserts?

If it is just the paper inserts and not the plastic container you should just need one stamp if the envelope you are using is 6x9 or smaller.

If the envelope is bigger you will need 0.83 in stamps.

If you are sending the plastic DVD case to him it will weigh more and I would recommend you taking it to the post office to have them weigh it.
