It all depends how much it weighs.

I can send my 8x10 with a thin cardboard and it will be 2.50 usd in stamps-that's for 2ounces.

How about you take it to the Post Office and have them help you?

If sending a return envelope, you will need Canadian stamps on that.

These can be purchased online at Canada Post, and they have guides and price calculators to help.

How do I send a 8x10 letter with cardboard to Canada? Dont I need some sort of stamp? Sorry, Im a nooby at sending letters! Thanks!
