I don't think you have to do a customs form. I don't. I once asked the guy at the post office and he just said to be sure to write "photos" on the outside (if you have photos in it) otherwise it should be fine.

To know how much postage you will need, I need to know what all are you sending? For the returning envelope you need UK stamps.

I was wondering if I have to fill out a customs form for a 10x13 size envelop
and how many stamps should I put on it and the returning envelop
