I'm in the US so maybe I can help.

In the US the price depends on both the weight and the size.

Sending a normal sized letter IN the US is 0.42 no matter what state you are sending to. First class stamps are pretty easy to find: you can go to the post office or order online. Forever stamps do not have an amount printed on them becuse they are worth whatever first class is, no matter how much it goes up.

If you are sending a large letter (using a 8X10 or 9X12 etc envelope) you would need 0.83.

If you need more help, feel free to post or pm me. {thumb2}

I'm assuming US due to the mention of states and cents :) Perhaps one of our US friends can help out :)

Hello everyone,
Just had a quick question, How much does a DOMESTIC first-class mail cost?! How many stamps should i place using 42 cents ?! Is it a fixed price, or does it differ from one state to another ?!

Thanks,
Ahmed
